Once images are transferred to you(client), the quality and storage of the images are your (client) sole responsibility, and not the photographer’s.  Any print quality will be dealt between you and the lab you chose to use.  You may print the images but not share with a third party without my consent, as this will constitute a copyright infringement on your part.  Images may not be sold to third parties, claimed as your own, reproduced or shared for any commercial use, including modeling agencies, without the authorization of the photographer.  Images are delivered via drop box to one e-mail address.  Additional email recipients require an extra fee.  The link will be effective for 7 days.  Once expired, an additional service charge of $35.00 will be required to re-activate the link. Retouching of images is available at an extra cost otherwise images are delivered as they are.  CD/DVD/USB are also available at additional cost.  Please contact susy@susysphoto.com for additional information.
